Responsibilities：

- Responsible for the design and development of core trading modules, including but not limited to the matching engine, order management, risk control logic, trade pairing logic, etc.

- Develop high-performance, stable, and scalable Golang backend services to meet the high-concurrency, low-latency requirements of trading systems.

- Deeply participate in system architecture design and performance optimization, driving the implementation of technical solutions.

- Collaborate closely with product, quant, frontend, QA, and other teams to ensure delivery efficiency and system stability.

- Promote automated deployment and continuous integration processes to enhance development and delivery efficiency.

- Stay informed on industry trends and explore the application of cutting-edge technologies in trading systems.

Requirements：

- Over 5 years of backend development experience with hands-on Golang expertise.

- Experience with CEX/DEX trading systems preferred; familiarity with matching engines, order books, risk control, and other core modules is a plus.

- Proficient in high-concurrency system architecture design, with a solid understanding of goroutine models, message queues, caching mechanisms, and other performance optimization techniques.

- Expert in database design, optimization, and migration strategies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).

- Strong API design principles and experience developing RESTful interfaces.

- Familiarity with CI/CD toolchains such as GitHub Actions and Bitbucket Pipelines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to efficiently manage cross-departmental collaboration.

- Rapid learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility, maintaining technical acuity in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in on-chain perpetual DEX, CEX exchange, or stock/options exchange development is required!
