You will be managing the company's revolving fund, gift certificates, and commissary reports. This includes posting product requests, generating monthly income statements , and overseeing fund allocation, replenishment, and compliance. The position also handles gift certificate inventory, issuance, and redemption , and serves as an accounting reliever to maintain financial workflow continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an accounting-related field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is critical for generating various reports and managing financial data.
• Ability to manage and safeguard revolving funds, ensuring proper allocation, replenishment, and regulatory compliance, alongside proven experience in managing company gift certificates.
• Ability to maintain financial operations workflow continuity and serve as an accounting reliever, ensuring smooth operations in the absence of Collection, Disbursement, and Billing Officers.
• Highly detail-oriented, people-oriented, and collaborative, with strong communication skills for effective interaction with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• Cash Handling Training is highly desired for proper safekeeping and compliance with financial regulations, as the role manages revolving funds and gift certificates.
