Upsight is looking for a versatile full-stack & no-code Digital Product Engineer to help build and maintain digital tools, web apps, MVPs, dashboards, and workflow automations to support Upsight programmes, ChargedUp initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. This role combines light coding, no-code development, integrations, and product support—ideal for someone who enjoys rapidly building and iterating on tools that drive tangible impact, and gain hands-on experience bridging tech, product, and business in a startup environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and maintain digital tools, web apps, MVPs, dashboards, and workflow automations for Upsight programmes and ecosystem initiatives.
• Implement updates, and design pages, integrations, and mobile-responsive features on websites and digital platforms.
• Integrate AI APIs and other third-party tools to enhance functionality.
• Automate workflows across CRM, marketing, and operational systems.
• Collect, process, and visualise data from ecosystem programmes and initiatives to support insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on digital tools and platforms.
• Sketch simple UI/UX flows and conduct basic QA/testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing.

Who Should Apply?

• 1–3 years of experience in web or software development
• Proficient in at least one coding language (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms and integrations
• Familiarity with CMS, website and app builders, and dashboards
• Comfortable with AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation
• Interest in building data-driven products and insights platforms
• Curious, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
