- Processing and preparing financial statements.
- Overseeing client accounts.
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
- Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
- Reporting discrepancies.
- Preparing payments for employees.
- Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Other task will be discussed during interview
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in finance and operations roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial reporting, oversee operational processes, and support budgeting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and proactive problem-solver.
