職位要求

  • Leadership and People Management: Ability to manage and motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships with staff and guests.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer-focused mindset to ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain high service standards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino (knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese may be beneficial in interacting with Chinese-speaking guests).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address operational issues and emergencies quickly and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue forecasts, ensuring the hotel operates within its financial targets.
  • Technology: Familiarity with hotel management software and systems for reservations, billing, and operations manager
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills may be a plus, especially for a Filipino-Chinese manager, to cater to Chinese-speaking guests or handle communications with a Chinese-speaking team.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respecting diverse cultures and backgrounds, especially if the hotel attracts international guests.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Being reliable, punctual, and professional, with a commitment to improving the hotel's performance.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle changing situations, market trends, and evolving guest expectations.
  • Understanding the local market and trends in tourism, hospitality, and the specific region the hotel is located in can give a manager a competitive edge.
