Job Summary:
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our online sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing special offers like bundle deals, flash sales, or holiday promotions (e.g., discounts on wireless chargers during tech events).
2. Setting sales targets for different product categories (like phone cases, chargers, and headsets) and working to meet or exceed them.
3. Categorizing products effectively (by phone model, type of accessory, brand, price range) so customers can easily find what they're looking for.
4. Running paid ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, or Instagram, targeting specific audiences (e.g., people who have recently purchased a new phone).
5. Engaging with potential customers through social media channels, sharing promotions, user-generated content (e.g., customers showing off their accessories), and collaborations with influencers in the tech or lifestyle space.
6. Ensuring that the website is integrated with marketplaces like Shopee or Lazada and Tiktok (if applicable), and ensuring the stock and orders are synchronized across all channels.
7. Regularly monitoring KPIs like conversion rate, cart abandonment rate, customer lifetime value, and product performance (e.g., how well certain accessories like wireless earbuds or power banks are selling).
8. Providing insights to management on product performance, campaign results, and areas for improvement in the overall e-commerce strategy.
9. Sending out targeted emails to inform customers about new arrivals, exclusive deals, or products related to their past purchases (e.g., recommending a matching case for a phone model they bought).
10. Offering proactive customer support, asking for product reviews, and encouraging customers to share their purchases on social media.
11. Analyzing what other e-commerce stores or brick-and-mortar stores are offering in terms of prices, new products, and promotions.
12. Being aware of new technologies, materials, and consumer preferences in the accessories market (e.g., rise in popularity of eco-friendly or sustainable phone cases).
13. Collaborating with marketing, design, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent customer experience.
