JOB SUMMARY: (HYBRID Set-Up)
The Digital Marketing Associate role focuses on creating high-quality content for our social media platforms, managing live selling activities, overseeing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) outreach and relationships, and managing the User-Generated Content (UGC) creator hub. The Digital Marketing Officer is enthusiastic about digital marketing, exceptionally organized, and skilled at driving engagement and growth across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Review:
- Develop, create, and curate engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
- Review and edit content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Live-Selling Management:
- Plan and execute live-selling events in Marketplaces to drive product sales.
- Coordinate with influencers and livesellers to schedule and manage live-selling sessions.
- Monitor live-selling performance metrics, provide recommendations for improvements, and implement strategies to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with Ecomm team to ensure the availability of featured products.
- Develop creative strategies to maximize reach and conversions during live-selling events.
3. KOL Outreach and Management:
- Identify and reach out to potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to foster collaboration and promote our products.
- Coordinate KOL campaigns, track performance, and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
4. Assist in Managing the UGC Content Creator Hub:
- Support the management of our UGC content creator hub by identifying and onboarding new content creators.
- Provide guidance and feedback to content creators to ensure their content meets our quality standards and aligns with our brand.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of UGC content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Affiliate Marketing Management:
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and expand reach.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and partners to promote the brand and products.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain relationships with affiliates to ensure active engagement and maximize partnerships.
- Create marketing materials and resources for affiliates to support their promotional efforts.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing activities.
- Use data to identify trends and insights, making recommendations for improvements.
- Provide monthly reports on KPIs to the team lead.
- Perform other related work-related tasks as may be assigned.
