Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
Upgrading an entire system to enable compatible software on all computers. Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
Updates SOPs and Work instructions on routing imaging tasks
Testing and imaging PC images for workstations and laptops
Performs a variety of technical support functions to include new computer deployment (imaging, transfer data, physical install) and end user support.
Assists with office moves that involve disconnect and reconnect of customer computers and next day support to assist with log-in and printer set up.
Will be required to follow standard procedures to configure and deploy mobile devices in an enterprise environment (tablets and smart phones).
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in IT related or other related course

Experience in addressing complex issues and can demonstrate incident management skills Working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software including databases, office applications, and operating system
Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
An openness to learning new technologies
Candidates must be open to travel to different locations/regions as needed (We will provide travel and hotel accommodation allowance depending on which area they will be travelling)
Amendable to dayshift and shifting schedule
Work Set-up: 100% full onsite in near 157 Concepcion Pequena, Naga City
