• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess client creditworthiness and perform prompt credit reviews.
• Ensure the timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Resolve payment disputes efficiently and conduct client visits for reconciliation when necessary.
• Enforce company credit policies and ensure compliance with approved budget.
• Match and allocate customer advances accurately; deliver monthly collection forecasts.
• Maintain current and accurate customer accounts.
• Communicate with clients to clarify invoice issues, follow up on overdue accounts, and participate in meetings with insights.

• Proven experience in credit control or similar financial roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Credit and Collection tools is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk evaluation skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, credit laws, and collection practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
• Driving ability is preferred.
