Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Channel Development: Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential online channels and partners, building a comprehensive channel network.
2. Business Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, draft collaboration terms, and oversee contract execution.
3. Team Business Growth: Own core metrics—user acquisition and revenue—from channels and ensure annual business targets are met.
4. Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen long-term strategic partnerships with key channel partners.
Requirements:
- Extensive online channel resources and strong Web3.0 business development and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, capable of independently owning and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent team management, communication, and project execution abilities.
- Preferred: Candidates with channel resources in the Web3.0 industry (e.g., exchanges, wallets, information platforms).
