The Quality Controller checks all units being serviced before the release to the customer to ensure that Toyota Quality and cleanliness are maintained.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs quality inspection roadtest work / repair on vehicle to ensure that all requested was performed.
• Conducts roadtest for careful evaluation, analysis of difficult trouble shooting to coordinate and give recommendation to foreman for proper repair procedure.
• Record fix-it-right problem and report to the foreman.
• Performs minor field fix during roadtest as required to ensure quality work and give recommendation for additional repair not included in repair order.
• Ensures that all parts replaced must be available for customer inspection.
• Report to the management any circumstance or condition that compromises the integrity of safety of the dealership , its personnel and customers.
• Perform other task that maybe assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Technology Major in Automotive, Automotive Technology, or any related courses.
• With Experience in the same position is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Quezon city
