- Record daily financial transactions such as sales, purchase, receipts and payments
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting schedules
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
- Handle accounts payable and receivable process, including invoice verification and posting
- Prepare and process payroll, government contributions, and other employee-related payments
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Ensure timely fixing of taxes and compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized and coordination with external auditors
- Support the Accounting Officer or Finance Manager in other related tasks
