  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and communication skills; teamwork and collaboration; multitasking and attention to detail; cleanliness and hygiene; physical stamina; basic math skills; conflict resolution skills; product knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, address customer inquiries, and handle conflicts.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment; standing for long periods; potential for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, reliable, proactive, and adaptable.
