Responsibilities, Activities & Duties      

• You will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties:
• Welcomes customers when they arrive and hand out menus
• Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen
• Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials
• Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meal and all their needs are given on timely manner
• Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid
• Sets tables with dishes, glasses and flatware and refills condiments
• Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organize at all times
• Establish rapport to guest and staff
• Make sure to always secure survey from customers 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
