Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site operations/implementation involving architectural and related finishing works.

• Supervises and ensures proper work execution in accordance with the approved architectural plans and specifications.

• Coordinate architectural/finishing works of subcontractors and other trade works.

• Prepares submittals and preparation of shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI), and other related field drawings and documents.

• Knowledge of architectural designs, construction practices and techniques.

• Creating timelines, overseeing progress to ensure milestone achieved on schedule.

• Monitors work progress, schedules, subcontractors’ accomplishments, and materials deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Architecture.

• Licensure in Architecture is required.

• Background with vertical and high-rise projects is an advantage.

• Must have good management and communication skills.

• Must be dedicated to work, competitive, and a good team player.

• Must be willing to be assigned in any part of the Philippines.

• With at least 2-3 years of work experience on architectural finishing.
