RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tastefully design / draft plans for within budgetary framework for various high-end renovation / construction projects (including selection of appropriate modern color schemes and finishes)

• Prepare costs estimates for various renovation / construction projects

• Incorporating and applying design principles to account for local variables and conditions

• Ensure that designs / plans comply with all codes, ordinances, rules, regulations and/or laws that may be applicable

• Liaise with government offices and/or other entities as required regarding design implementation and / or permit matters

• Monitor implementation of design at project level and / or coordinate with Project Engineers as required

• Liaise with Management about projects under construction and update as required on: materials selection, specifications, materials take off, costs estimating and other design construction issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Architect (must have impeccable taste)

• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in AUTO CAD, SKETCHUP / VRAY and MS OFFICE

• Must have experience in materials take off and cost estimating

• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, organized and committed to achieving excellence

• Must possess good written and oral English communication skills

• Experience in house renovation an advantage

• Preferably from Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati City

• Driver’s license (preferred)

• Full-time position (Monday – Saturday)
