  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Assist in training users on new technologies and software.

职位要求

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field related to Information Technology.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field are required for this position, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in network/internet troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in using google sheets and forms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Can effectively interact with people from all levels.
  • With 5 days working schedule from Monday-Friday.
