职位描述

Desktop Support Duties:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Assist employees with email setup, password resets, and account access.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
  • Ensure all systems have the latest updates and security patches.
  • Log and track IT support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.


职位要求

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or IT support role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
