职位描述

1. Leadership & Team Management:

  • Directly manage 3 subteam managers (Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Audit) ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Mentor managers in planning, organizing, and executing recruitment strategies to meet aggressive deployment targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team efficiency.

2. Strategic Planning & Deployment Optimization:

  • Develop and execute nationwide recruitment plans for retail (e.g., sales, merchandising) and non-retail sectors (e.g., warehousing, construction, logistics).
  • Monitor deployment metrics and implement strategies to increase candidate placement rates by 20%+ year-over-year.
  • Collaborate with clients to forecast staffing needs and adjust recruitment pipelines proactively.

3. Operational Oversight:

  • Supervise the team managers to ensure rigorous quality checks, compliance with labor laws, and accurate documentation.
  • Streamline workflows across sourcing, acquisition, and audit teams to reduce time-to-hire.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze recruitment reports (e.g., candidate pipeline, placement success rates, attrition) to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership to refine organizational strategies.

5. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with HR, operations, and client-facing teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Resolve escalated client issues related to manpower supply and service level agreements (SLAs).
