Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate and professional responses.
4. Record and organize customer issues, regularly report to supervisors, and assist in improving service processes.
5. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the department.
College degree or above, any major; previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to handle different types of customers effectively.
3. Patient, responsible, and a good team player, with the ability to work under pressure.
4. Proficient in common office software and customer service systems.
5. English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.
