Qualifications:

• Open to relocation to Cebu
• Experience working in a plant environment
• Proven track record as an HR Supervisor
• Strong ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Experienced in training, coaching, and developing staff
• Skilled in conflict resolution, handling disciplinary processes, and conducting workplace investigations
• People-oriented, with a focus on achieving results
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources metrics and analysis
• Skilled at building and managing relationships at all organizational levels
• Background in construction and cement manufacturing industries is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
