Descrição:
- Respond professionally to inbound patient inquiries via phone
- Assist in appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations
- Handle sensitive medical and insurance data with confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Billing, Reimbursement) to resolve cases
- Provide patient-focused service with clarity, accuracy, and empathy
Requisito
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience (preferably voice support)
- Above average English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving & comprehension skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
