DevRel Engineer (ZKP, Rust)
Remote, ability to work within American time zones and travel for business trips to the US.
- Design and create reference applications showcasing ZK technology.
- Actively engage with developers by answering technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance for feature requests and bug reports via GitHub issues.
- Create technical content, including tutorials, documentation, API references, and onboarding guides, ensuring the content is clear, practical, and developer-friendly.
- Organize, host, and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate developers on ZK features, best practices, and how to integrate with ZK technology.
- Represent ZK at industry conferences, hackathons, and meetups, fostering relationships with developers, community members, and partners.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for the developer community, gathering feedback and working closely with internal teams to address their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to align DevRel efforts with ZK’s business and technical goals. Help drive developer adoption and engagement across different channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to help guide ZK’s developer relations and community-building strategies.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering with experience in building developer tools or blockchain applications.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality technical content (e.g., blog posts, tutorials, and documentation).
- Experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to drive developer engagement and adoption.
- Experience organizing and conducting developer-focused events, workshops, or training sessions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating effectively with developers, community members, and ecosystem partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work within American time zones and make business trips to the US.
Nice to Have:
- Solid understanding of zero-knowledge proofs and their applications.
- Experience with Rust or other compiled languages.
