Responsibilities:
Patent Drafting:
Draft high-quality patent applications, including claims, specifications, and drawings.
Conduct thorough patent searches to identify prior art.
Analyze invention disclosures to determine patentability.
Patent Prosecution:
Prosecute patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign patent offices.
Respond to office actions and prepare arguments to overcome objections.
Conduct interviews with patent examiners.
Monitor the status of patent applications and provide updates to clients.
Intellectual Property Strategy:
Advise clients on intellectual property strategies, including patent portfolio development and licensing.
Conduct patent portfolio analysis and valuation.
Identify potential infringement and licensing opportunities.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and intellectual property goals.
Provide timely updates and reports on patent matters.
Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Remote, ability to work within American time zones and travel for business trips to the US.
- Design and create reference applications showcasing ZK technology.
- Actively engage with developers by answering technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance for feature requests and bug reports via GitHub issues.
- Create technical content, including tutorials, documentation, API references, and onboarding guides, ensuring the content is clear, practical, and developer-friendly.
- Organize, host, and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate developers on ZK features, best practices, and how to integrate with ZK technology.
- Represent ZK at industry conferences, hackathons, and meetups, fostering relationships with developers, community members, and partners.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for the developer community, gathering feedback and working closely with internal teams to address their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to align DevRel efforts with ZK’s business and technical goals. Help drive developer adoption and engagement across different channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to help guide ZK’s developer relations and community-building strategies.
