Description

  • Provide efficient and friendly customer support, addressing user inquiries regarding transactions and platform usage.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate the resolution of complex issues, ensuring customer needs are effectively addressed.
  • Participate in company-provided training to become familiar with products and services, enabling better support for customers.
  • Document and report user feedback, collecting market issue data to assist in optimizing products and services.


Requirements

  • Possess strong communication and coordination skills, able to coordinate internal and external resources to address customer complaints.
  • Have strong learning and adaptability skills, continuously learning and keeping up with the latest developments in the industry to provide accurate information.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in Web 3, financial knowledge, and the blockchain industry; relevant experience is preferred.
  • Exhibit a spirit of teamwork, enthusiasm for work, integrity, and the ability to handle work pressure.
  • Willing to accept flexible work arrangements and have a team spirit.
  • Based in Malaysia, with remote work flexibility.
  • Good written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • The company provides training.


Compensation:

8 days off per month, working hours: 2pm-11pm (GMT+8) Malaysia time.

Salary: Up to $1,000 USD.
