1. Overseas Market Expansion and Customer Relationship Building
Responsible for the company's market expansion in overseas markets, identifying potential customers and establishing long-term stable cooperative relationships with them.
Possess a thorough understanding of market trends, technological developments, and customer needs in the target industry, and provide professional smart manufacturing digital transformation solutions for customers.
2. Sales Opportunity Identification and Business Negotiation
Actively seek and track sales leads, communicate with potential customers in-depth to understand their needs, and provide targeted solutions.
Participate in business negotiations to finalize contracts and ensure that contract terms are favorable to the company's interests and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Order Management and Delivery Coordination
Responsible for the full tracking and management of overseas orders to ensure timely and quality completion.
Coordinate internal company resources, work closely with the R&D team, product department, etc., to ensure that products meet customer needs and address various issues during project implementation.
4. Market Analysis and Competitor Research
Conduct regular market research and analysis of overseas markets to understand product features, marketing strategies of competitors, etc., and provide strong support for the company's market strategy formulation.
Monitor industry technological trends and introduce new technologies and products in a timely manner to enhance the company's competitiveness in overseas markets.
1. Education and Professional Background
Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, automation, electronic information, or related fields. Strong interest in smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and related areas, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge.
2. Work Experience - Required Competencies
Minimum of 3 years of overseas sales experience, preferably with sales experience in smart manufacturing, industrial automation, or related fields. Familiarity with the business processes, legal regulations, and payment methods in overseas markets, with a risk-averse mindset.
3. Language Skills
Proficient in English, capable of fluent communication in both spoken and written forms, and able to handle English business emails and contracts. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to diverse business practices and cultural differences across various countries and regions.
4. Sales Skills and Business Abilities
Keen market insight and customer analysis abilities, capable of accurately identifying customer needs and market trends. Strong negotiation skills, able to navigate various business scenarios and address negotiation challenges flexibly. A strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to handle work pressure, maintain a positive work attitude, and demonstrate good team spirit.
5. Industry Understanding and Adaptability
Deep understanding of process industries, discrete industries, or power industries, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies based on the characteristics of these sectors. Ability to adapt to changes and uncertainties in the overseas market, with the capability to quickly learn and adjust to new environments.
6. Additional Points: Overseas study or work experience is a plus, providing a deeper understanding of overseas markets and cultures.
