Job Title: C2C Merchant Operations Manager

Location: Beijing

Salary:

• Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Identify issues based on daily trading data and develop corresponding solutions or optimization plans to drive business improvements;
• Operations System Construction: Establish C2C trading operation metrics, assessment rules, and systems to encourage merchants to optimize service quality, increase transaction volume, and enhance user satisfaction;
• Merchant Channel Expansion: Continuously explore high-quality merchant recruitment channels to promote the optimization of the platform's merchant structure;
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and organize merchant operation-related activities to motivate merchants to enhance their activity levels and drive sustained growth in transaction volume.

• Possess strong data analysis skills, clear logical thinking, and the ability to extract problems from data and propose feasible strategies;
• Have strong event planning and project operation capabilities, able to independently drive execution;
• Possess good communication and coordination skills and a spirit of teamwork;
• Industry experience or merchant resources are preferred.
