• The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, shipping, and distribution of products. Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Team Management:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure staff follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment to encourage teamwork and high levels of performance.

Health and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures to prevent workplace accidents.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for warehouse staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to reduce hazards.

Shipping and Logistics:

• Coordinate with shipping and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Ensure that all shipments are accurately documented and meet quality standards.
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve any logistical issues or delays.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment statuses.
