On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to join their growing home improvement business. In this role, you will help implement and execute content, video, and marketing automation strategies using AI tools and a proven marketing framework. You will play a key role in supporting digital campaigns, posting content, editing videos, and assisting with light social engagement—all while receiving hands-on coaching, structured training, and clear direction through a 12-month marketing roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & AI Content Creation
• Edit short-form videos using tools like Captions.ai, Quso.ai, or CapCut (training provided)
• Help create personalized video content (e.g., thank-you messages, appointment reminders)
• Organize and repurpose content from before/after project clips, team videos, and testimonials

• Content Posting & Social Media Engagement
• Schedule and publish approved content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
• Upload project photos and customer reviews weekly
• Provide engagement support (respond to comments, monitor relevant local Facebook group posts)

• Marketing System Implementation
• Follow a detailed weekly checklist aligned with a 12-month marketing roadmap
• Support implementation of survey-based lead magnets (e.g., “Which Window Is Right for You?”)
• Assist in light automation tasks (email follow-ups, reminders, etc.) using AI tools and templates

• Reporting & Coaching Check-ins
• Submit weekly reports on task progress, content engagement, and campaign performance
• Join regular check-in calls for coaching, feedback, and team alignment

• Ad Hoc Tasks & Support
• Assist with one-off marketing-related tasks as assigned (e.g., data entry, basic research, email setup)
• Help troubleshoot minor tech issues (e.g., content not posting, links not working)
• Provide flexible support during busy campaign periods or special projects

Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (Timezone: TBD - Pacific/Eastern)

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, virtual assistance, or content execution
• Proficient with tools like Canva, CapCut, and major social media platforms
• Open and willing to learn new AI-powered tools and workflows (training provided)
• Basic understanding of lead funnels, landing pages, and follow-up systems (a plus)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Coachable and eager to grow through structured feedback and training
• Reliable with strong task ownership and consistent follow-through
• Highly organized and effective at managing time and priorities
• Comfortable following systems and collaborating with a remote team
