Assist in managing daily administrative tasks and virtual support activities
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media platforms
Support marketing campaigns through content creation, email marketing, and promotions
Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages professionally
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
Design basic graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
Prepare reports on social media performance and marketing KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to develop new content ideas and marketing plans
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements for digital engagement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing or any related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using social media platforms for business (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Basic knowledge of marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms)
