VIRTUAL CONCIERGE ASSISTANTS

POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY

  • The Virtual Concierge Senior Associate provides high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. This role requires handling sensitive information while working with problem solvers to tackle complex business issues, from strategy to execution. The Senior Associate ensures smooth operations and supports international clients, including C-suite executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The role requires strong critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, adaptability to changing priorities, and teamwork. Success depends on upskilling in digital tools, leading by example, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to international clients and C-suite executives.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, emails, and meetings using Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email, and Teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement administrative strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
  • Stay updated on new technology to enhance workflow and compliance with firm policies.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills and service quality.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or relevant field, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Experience in providing support to international clients and C-suite level executives.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and demonstrate problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Work schedule: Dayshift (6 AM to 3 PM)
  • Hybrid (2-3 days RTO per week, might change depending on the business needs)
