- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility equipment.
- Assist in the installation and removal of utilities.
- Monitor and report on utility usage and conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Maintain cleanliness, perform disinfecting tasks, and organize workspaces.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, disinfection, and organization.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor and working in various settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team.
