Description:

The Technical Specialist Training Program is your gateway to becoming a future Sales and Underwriting Specialist. This exclusive, year-long program is designed to provide intensive, hands-on training, where you’ll gain invaluable experience across 4-5 different insurance product lines, focusing on Sales & Underwriting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Solicits new business, and maintains good business relationship with intermediaries 
• Assists intermediaries and direct clients with their request for quotation, proposals, and policy issuance 
• Underwrites and issues policies and endorsements within authority limit 
• Ensures that outstanding accounts are collected within the specified term 
• Facilitates inward and outward reinsurance placements 
• Conducts product training for intermediaries

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (required) – a foundation that will help you thrive in this role. 
• A passion for the insurance industry and a drive for personal growth. 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and develop expertise in underwriting and sales. 
• Leadership experience (a plus, but not required) – we value leadership potential and the ability to work well with others in a team setting. 
• Prior experience in underwriting or sales (a plus, but not required).
