Lead the overall visual design of the company's related business, constructing a futuristic and brand-unique interface language from user insights to creative implementation, including but not limited to the official website, APP, CEX/DEX, NFT, Staking, etc.;
Deeply participate in business strategy discussions, collaborating seamlessly with product, development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure that the design philosophy is consistently realized from concept to implementation;
Build and promote design systems and standardized processes, establishing an expandable visual component library to achieve consistency and efficient iteration in product design across various platforms while maintaining high fidelity in a multinational and multicultural context.
Based on launch data and user feedback, propose optimization suggestions and continuously iterate on solutions;
Proactively summarize project experiences and design cases, establishing an internal knowledge base and best practice sharing mechanism to systematically enhance the overall design capabilities of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and driving the entire department towards a higher-level strategic visual transformation.

3-5 years of experience in UI design within the blockchain/fintech/internet sectors, with a proven track record of successful product launches, capable of consistently delivering high-quality designs in fast-paced and high-pressure environments; those with stronger capabilities may have flexible thresholds;
Possess keen design trend insights and forward-thinking abilities, able to quickly capture and predict design evolution trends in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized finance, and extract core aesthetics from complex data and technical logic to propose disruptive creative solutions that break the limitations of traditional design;
Excellent cross-departmental communication and team collaboration skills, able to effectively convey and implement design concepts in multicultural and multi-timezone environments;
Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop, with a deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and dynamic visual expression;
Willing to challenge conventions and push the boundaries of thinking, continuously innovating, and redefining the limits of visual, interaction, and user experience through practice;
