Description
- Plan the coordination activity to truckers based on the Delivery PerformanceMonitoring, POD Monitoring, Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items, and Booking Schedule
- Communicate with coordinators of truckers to monitor and follow through statusof deliveries to accounts to ensure delivery on or before the required deliverydate
- Follow through status of PODs from coordinators to ensure timely transmittal
- Investigate causes of RUDs rejects/returns upon delivery for timely disposition
- Keep accurate and updated records of Delivery Performance Monitoring
- Keep accurate and updated records of PODs
- Keep accurate and updated records of Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items
- Assist the transport planner in coordinating with truckers for their bookingconfirmation
- Assist as back up Invoicing Staff or Transport Planner when necessary
- Participate during annual wall to wall inventory count
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, strong communication and coordination abilities, and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks.
- Working Conditions: Warehouse setting, requiring physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
