• Conduct bi-annual industry research to identify real estate opportunities and risks.
• Update market reports and organize briefings for banking units.
• Analyze credit data and create risk exposure reports.
• Develop tools to forecast property sector exposure and monitor corporate real estate loans.
• Review large credit proposals, validate assumptions, and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with market practitioners and maintain an industry database.
• Guide and support direct reports for their development and career progress ion.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and other related fields
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Corporate Credit Analysis, Real Estate / Property Research, or Relationship Management
• With knowledge in MS Word, Powerporint and Excel
