Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pointwest located in Quezon City. The specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and overall recruiting efforts for the company.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
  • Employer Branding expertise
  • Interviewing skills
  • Experience in recruiting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
