Description
- Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various IT positions within an organization.
- Possesses a deep understanding of technology, the ability to assess candidates’ technical skills, and the capability to communicate effectively with both hiring managers and potential candidates.
- Acts as a bridge between the company and the talent pool, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right people to meet its technological needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related course
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in IT Recruitment
- Experience handling and processing NICHE IT roles such as Fullstack Developer, Java Developer, Software Engineer, Business Manager, Service Delivery Manager, etc., with skills in Java, C#, MongoDB, React.js, and similar technologies.
- Experience working in vendor recruitment agencies such as Collabera, Yondu, or in IT recruitment for companies like IBM, Accenture, etc.
- NO TO JOB HOPPERS (candidates with less than 1 year of employment)
- Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day remote from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
