Description
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and company events
- Recruitment Process Management: Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
- Onboarding and Integration: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employer Branding: Help promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment initiatives and events.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in building relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract talent.
Requirements
- Graduate of any relevant course of study
- At least with 1 year of talent acquisition experience
- Has good communication skills
- Adaptability to change
- Highly organized
- Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig City
