Job Description

Training

  • Assists in planning and recommending training procedures to enhance training curriculum, delivery and organizational goals.
  • Assists in identifying the training needs within each team.
  • Coordinates and delivers corporate training programs.
  • Implements and monitors the company’s orientation programme.
  • Monitors delivery of general, core and management training.
  • Prepares related documentation for company-sponsored training.
  • Assists in ensuring training targets are met.
  • Assists in monitoring training results and impact.
  • Manages internship program from sourcing to placement, monitoring and overall program evaluation.
  • Conducts network activities (e.g., participation in job fairs) with schools and universities and other institutions for sourcing new talent into the market and/ or career shifters and the like.
  • Implements controls and creates mitigating measures, where necessary.
  • Manage training records and prepare related reports.

Performance Management

  • Monitor related developmental programs for employees.
  • Prepare related reports.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Office
  • English Communications Skills
  • (written and oral)
  • Presentation Skills
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • Basic Module Design, Development
  • Instructional Design Software/ Learning Management System

Desired Skills

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably from the BPO/ Shared Services industry.
  • Able to design, develop training modules and conduct the same.
  • Pro-active and highly analytical, good team player, attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills, fluency in the English language
  • Willing to work on mid-shift
