Description

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and food cost control.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure timely service during meal periods.
  • Innovate by contributing to new recipes and presentations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Male 24-40 yrs old
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience. Please provide Certificate of Employment
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cook skill, stewarding, kitchen hygiene, customer orientation, heavy lifting, and strong attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the head chef, manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality, and maintain safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, and performing heavy lifting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in Saudi Arabia
