Description
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople for project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and report to project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality.
- Manage on-site resources and materials effectively.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Construction Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, ability to read blueprints, and excellent communication.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work at construction sites, may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
