Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve daily operational performance, such as order processing, shipping, or customer service.
  • Analyze operational data to identify issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, technology team, customer support) as well as external parties (such as logistics partners).
  • Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
  • Perform troubleshooting on operational issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare performance reports and create initiatives for process optimization.
  • Support special projects related to operational development.
  • Utilize Shopee tools (and other backend systems) for monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce (1-3 years of experience, depending on the level).
  • Strong in data analysis and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / dashboard tools such as Tableau, SQL is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, quick to respond, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a team and have a high level of initiative.

Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Recent graduates will be considered, but 1–3 years of work experience in a similar field is an advantage.

Experience (Optional but Preferred):

  • Work experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, customer experience, warehouse management, or e-commerce.
  • Experience working in a startup, logistics company, or technology company is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
  • Familiar with SQL, Tableau, or other analytical tools (an advantage).
  • Understanding of operational workflow processes and data-driven problem-solving.

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of analytical and systematic thinking.
  • Disciplined, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and possesses initiative in problem-solving.

Language:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian, with proficiency in English (both passive and active) being an additional advantage.

Others:

  • Willing to be assigned as per company needs (e.g., headquarters, warehouse, or field).
  • Willing to work outside of normal working hours if necessary (especially during peak seasons like 11.11 and 12.12).
