ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate, supervise and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team members
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members
  • Provide expertise and customer service support to team members, customers, and/or providers
  • Assists with other ad hoc responsibilities deemed necessary by his/her supervisors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Nursing graduate with active PHRN License
  • Have 3 years’ experience as a Operation Manager in Medical coding BPO or solid BPO Manager experience
  • AAPC or AHIMA Certified or any equivalent coding certification or at least willing to have a certification
  • Adept with medical terminologies
  • Must be willing to commit for long term employment
