  • Handling customer complaints, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution. 
  • Assisting with paperwork, tracking requests, and ensuring efficient service delivery. 

Requirements

  • College graduate
  • With experience in restaurant is an advantage
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients. 
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
