Key Responsibilities: -Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho People and Zoho Recruit applications. -Integrate Zoho People and Zoho Recruit with other Zoho applications and third-party systems. -Create and manage workflows, automation, and custom functions within Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. -Provide technical support and training to HR and recruitment teams. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. -Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, specifically with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. -Strong knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and other Zoho applications. -Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: -Zoho certification. -Experience with other HR, Finance, and recruitment systems. -Knowledge of SQL and database management.
