SAP Jr. Manager is responsible in the following areas:


People and Team Management

· Ensure team and individual members compliance to agreed service level agreements with end users.

· Ensure team and individual members compliance to agreed individual and team KPIs.

· Ensures individual training and self-development programs are in accordance with members’ needs based on competency gap analysis.

· Monitors execution of individual training and development programs based on agreed plan, schedule and budget.

· Maintain a healthy team load for support and projects execution.

· Champion team’s process improvement drive

· Material Master

· Warehouse Management

· Sales and Distribution

· Financials and Controlling

· Production Planning

· Master Data


MIS Organization Service Delivery Compliance

· Collaborate with business users for comprehensive and accurate project requirements gathering.

· Works with SAP supervisor and specialist to translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical design documents.

· Review and certify business requirement and functional specifications documents.

· Provides emergency support to SAP supervisor and specialist for day-to-day end-user support requirements.

· Works with SAP supervisors and specialists to develop and execute comprehensive and accurate test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of a particular SAP module.

· Monitors execution of internal testing to validate and confirm customization functionality or set up accuracy and stability.

· Coordinate with business users for UAT and assist in obtaining sign-off.

· Ensure all MIS projects are completely documented and signed off by stakeholders.

· Ensures SAP blueprint is up to date.

· Conduct SAP training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate end-user adoption and proficiency.

Requisito

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven people management experience specifically SAP supervisors and/or specialists. Proven experience as an
  • SAP supervisor or specialist and strong understanding within business context on Master Data, Material Master,
  • Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Financial and Controlling modules, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or S4 Hana.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in configuring and auditing SAP modules including master data, material master, warehouse management, sales and distribution, production planning, general ledger accounts, banking master data, customer master data, vendor master data, fixed asset master data and pricing and discount.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MDM, MM, WM, SD, FI/CO, PP).
  • Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming.
  • Basic Project Management, phases and documentation.
