Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Qualifier/Lead Generator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential sales leads to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. You will use a variety of methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to generate and qualify leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for sales follow-up.


  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are passed on.
  • Track performance and report on key metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to qualify leads effectively and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using email, phone, and social media for lead generation.
