We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services according to customer expectations.

Identify new business opportunities and upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.

Prepare reports on account status and present to stakeholders.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
