We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) – German Bilingual to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline by engaging with prospects in both German and English.

As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will play a vital role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and setting appointments for our Business Development Executives.


Responsibilities:


  • Follow up with inbound leads generated from marketing channels.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms in both German and English.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand prospects’ pain points, challenges, and business goals.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their readiness for the sales process.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Executives with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions, statuses, and updates in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality, market insights, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and team performance targets.
  • Support EMEA lead coverage, requiring fluency in English and German (English/French fluency is a plus, depending on team needs).


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in a call center/BPO industry.
  • 2+ years of sales development or lead qualification experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with diagnostic sales methodologies (e.g., Value Connection Mindset or similar).
  • Strong ability to manage and update data accurately in a CRM system.
  • Experience working with lead scoring models and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (English/French is a plus depending on team needs).
